Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily administrative support, including data entry & record-keeping.
  • Ensure proper communication on inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and stock movements.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflows and the adhering of company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as requires supporting the operations and growth of the business.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • ITE graduates or GCE 'O' Level or equivalent also welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working location at Tuas, transport pick-up location at Pioneer MRT
  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
  • A good working attitude with initiative and a team player
  • 5 days week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)
