Job Description
The Admin Assistant supports the daily operations of the restaurant by providing clerical, organizational, and administrative assistance to management and staff. This role ensures smooth back-office operations and helps maintain an efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and documents
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in staff coordination
- Support HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, filing employee records, and assisting with recruitment paperwork
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and supplier coordination
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School with experience as admin
- Fresh graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, or Business Management, or related courses.
