Admin Duties a. Managing & Procurement of Equipment Inventory & Office Supplies
  • Stationeries
  • Office & Toilet supplies
  • Writing and printing materials
  • Electronic equipment and devices
  • Washing equipment
  • Uniform & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Store packing materials (Packing box, bags, pallet wrap, weighing machine, tape, etc)
  • Logistic equipment (Trollies, washing equipment, etc)
  • Forklift and Pallet Jacks
  • Record management (Fire safety equipment, first aid box, basket, packing equipment usage record, etc)
b. Facility services & maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and authorities on administrative and regulatory matters.
  • Fire Safety License
  • Pest Management Services (Monthly inspection)
  • Lift Operation License
  • Electrical/Supply Installation License
