Responsibility
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
This role will mainly assist in handling administrative tasks, customer coordination, quotation follow-ups, and internal documentation—especially during periods when senior team members are unavailable.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and related documents
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries
Support coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks
