Responsibility
We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. You will be supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and supplier follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and outstanding matters
Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
Assist in preparing and managing invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs
Respond to emails and calls in a timely and professional manner
Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Able to work on-site in Dengkil, Selangor
