Administrative Staff – Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Maintain organized filing of documents and records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and staff
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and HR-related tasks if needed
- Support management with administrative projects and tasks
- Ensure smooth and efficient office workflow
Qualifications – Administrative Staff
- College level preferred; any business-related course is a plus
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Basic bookkeeping and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets)
