Administrative Staff – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
  • Maintain organized filing of documents and records
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic bookkeeping
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and staff
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels

Qualifications – Administrative Staff

  • College level preferred; any business-related course is a plus
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Basic bookkeeping and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets)
