About the role
As an Admin Assistant at Pacific Properties', you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our dynamic property management company. This full-time position is based in our Sampaloc, Manila City office, where you will be an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to our Property Managers and other key personnel
- Handling a variety of clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and managing calendars
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Supporting the organisation and maintenance of our office supplies and inventory
- Participating in various projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the business
