About the role

As an Admin Assistant at Pacific Properties', you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our dynamic property management company. This full-time position is based in our Sampaloc, Manila City office, where you will be an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to our Property Managers and other key personnel
  2. Handling a variety of clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  3. Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and managing calendars
  4. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  5. Supporting the organisation and maintenance of our office supplies and inventory
  6. Participating in various projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the business
