1 Year Contract Admin Assistant (Claims Department)

You will be responsible for supporting overall operation of claims admin unit of the department, including participation in continuous improvement of current claims processes and enhancing overall customer's experience.

  • Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections to achieve higher STP rates.
  • Cross-check different system.
  • Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types.
  • Optimize workflows based on high volume claims and achieve it within same day turnaround time.
  • Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
