Job Description

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day office operations and providing direct support to senior leadership. You will handle a wide range of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks, while also helping us adopt AI and technology tools to streamline workflows. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to the firm's investment, private equity, and wealth management activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration, including reception duties, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and vendor liaison.​
  • Prepare, format, and update documents, presentations, and reports for internal and client meetings.
