Admin Assistant

Position Summary
The Admin Assistant will provide daily administrative support to the Admin Team, ensuring smooth operations across MMI, 7Gen, and other affiliated companies. This role focuses on assisting with documentation, logistics, office management, and coordination of admin-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Admin Support
Assist the Admin Team in handling day-to-day tasks and requests.
Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor follow-ups.
Handle admin concerns and coordinate resolutions.
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and for other directors or leads.
Office & Supplies Management
Monitor and update inventory of supplies across all companies.
Process office supply requests and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in fixed asset tagging and record maintenance.
Manage ID editing, printing, and distribution.
