Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Handle general admin and clerical tasks to keep daily office operations running smoothly.

  2. Help process and monitor company permits, licenses, and compliance with government regulations.

  3. Assist in managing office facilities, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and safety checks.

  4. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office needs.

  5. Support the Executive Assistant with documents, reports, scheduling, and meetings.

  6. Keep company files, correspondence, and confidential records well-organized.

  7. Assist other departments with admin tasks and coordination.

  8. Take on other duties as assigned by top management.
