Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and pro-active individual for the Admin Assistant position. This person will be assisting the PA in administrative paperwork, scheduling appointment and communication with customers.

Job responsibilities

  1. Executive support & admin

  2. Business Coordination and operational assistance

  3. Communication and liaison

  4. Office and Information management

  5. Personal Assistance and other matters

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management, secretarial course and related field

  2. No working experience required.

  3. Pro-active, full of initiative and organized.

  4. Tech-savvy in MS Office
