MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide general administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations in the provision of Training and Development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Provide administrative support to Training and Development Department
  • Provide general office administration
  • Provide reception and telephone services
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION


    REQUIRED EDUCATION: Grade 12

    DESIRED EDUCATION: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration


    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


    REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


  • Administrative skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Training and Development policies and procedures
