JOB TITLE : Admin Assistant

Department/Section : Human Resource

Reports to : HR Manager

BASIC PURPOSE : Admin Assistant – to monitor and ensure supplies requisition of head office and store based has been served. Responsible in handling the management of inventory and stock which includes ordering, monitoring and releasing of supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Serves as department laison both for the Corporate and Store personnel in terms of releasing/issuing the request of Office supplies.

· In charge of the preparation of sales incentives of Direct and Indirect Store based employees

· Uniform Monitoring and issuance for Office based and Store Based Employees

· In charge of the preparation of payment request such a garbage collection services

· In charge of preparation of inventory report, GRPO, RFP, DR received reports.

· Ensures that all concerned department receives update
