Summary: The Admin Assistant supports the Admin Officer by handling administrative tasks, client communication, and assisting with operational coordination. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by taking on tasks that facilitate the operations of the pest control team and maintaining client satisfaction in the Admin Officer's absence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the Admin Officer in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling customer appointments.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records with accuracy.
- Verify and update work orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Client Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,viber, email, SMS, and social media in a courteous and professional manner.
