Admin Assistant

Type: Part-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Melbourne Time)

The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by coordinating communication between customers, installers, and material suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to confirm details, timelines, and installation requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to arrange solar equipment and material deliveries
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Customer communication and updates
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Handling ongoing follow-ups and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in solar, construction, or trade-based industries is an advantage but not required
