Job Description
- Processing and Monitoring of government-regulated documentary requirements for the office.
- Accounting Request ( Liquidation, Reimbursement, Petty Cash Fund)
- Oversee the new office renovation and construction of ALS_FSH branch.
- Monitoring and processing of operational needs of the office.
- Monitoring payment of utility and rental expenses of the office.
- Monitoring and sending updated inventory reports of the office to Head office.
- Parts receiving and releasing to field engineers at office.
- Monitoring and processing parts warranty and out-of-warranty.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, BSBA or any related course
- With at least 1 year experience as Support Admin or Admin Assistant
- Can work with less supervision
- Amenable to work in Pob Larena, Siquijor
