Job Description

  • Processing and Monitoring of government-regulated documentary requirements for the office.
  • Accounting Request ( Liquidation, Reimbursement, Petty Cash Fund)
  • Oversee the new office renovation and construction of ALS_FSH branch.
  • Monitoring and processing of operational needs of the office.
  • Monitoring payment of utility and rental expenses of the office.
  • Monitoring and sending updated inventory reports of the office to Head office.
  • Parts receiving and releasing to field engineers at office.
  • Monitoring and processing parts warranty and out-of-warranty.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, BSBA or any related course
  • With at least 1 year experience as Support Admin or Admin Assistant
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Amenable to work in Pob Larena, Siquijor
