Admin Assistant / Admin Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience in administrative roles is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site in Centria, Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Support accounting-related tasks as needed
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
