Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and data entry
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support internal teams with administrative and logistical tasks; and HR related tasks
  • Greet visitors and provide general office support
