Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will provide essential support to the General Affairs Department and assist in general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly check, monitor, and maintain inventory levels of office supplies and equipment.
- Purchase office supplies and related materials in accordance with approved budgets, internal procedures, and procurement guidelines.
- Coordinate the transfer, delivery, and distribution of supplies to various departments, sites, or locations as required.
- Coordinate company activities, trainings, and events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
