Job Responsibility
- Assist the company in the day-to day administrative.
- Monitor and provide clerical support.
- To provide good internal and external customer service.
- Generate delivery orders, invoices, documents, and system update.
- Implement any ad-hoc instructions as relevant and required.
- Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
- Liaise with suppliers on invoice, credit note & statement.
- Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
- Prepare related monthly reports.
- To handle other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/SPM preferred.
- Have at least 2 years experience in Administrative field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
