Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Assistant with various administrative and personal-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple errands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle filing, documentation, and record management (physical and digital)
- Prepare, organize, and maintain internal and client-related documents
- Assist in processing, monitoring, and tracking office and client-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Assistant as required
- Handle minimal purchasing or coordination foroffice and client needs when necessary
