Job Description

The Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Admin Team, with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

· Handle flight and accommodation bookings for employee business travel

· Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries

· Assist in monitoring and filing lease contracts and legal documents

· Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation

· Coordinate with employees, departments, and external vendors for admin requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

· At least 1 year of administrative experience

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Experience in travel booking and document handling is an advantage

· Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
