Overview
Assist in managing daily operations of the room rental business.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from potential tenants through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Schedule and coordinate room viewings and move-in/move-out appointments.
- Prepare and manage rental agreements, contracts, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, payments, and lease terms.
- Process rental payments, deposits, and issue receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or property management roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
