Overview

Assist in managing daily operations of the room rental business.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from potential tenants through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule and coordinate room viewings and move-in/move-out appointments.
  • Prepare and manage rental agreements, contracts, and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, payments, and lease terms.
  • Process rental payments, deposits, and issue receipts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative or property management roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
