Job Description

  • Handle general administrative duties. Issues receipts, cover notes, submits daily reports, filling.
  • Manage procurement of administrative supplies, office equipment and general operational materials.
  • Support sales team in processing with car registration across the board.
  • To ensure documents are precise, organized, and properly maintained
  • Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM6,500.00 per month
