Job Description
- Handle general administrative duties. Issues receipts, cover notes, submits daily reports, filling.
- Manage procurement of administrative supplies, office equipment and general operational materials.
- Support sales team in processing with car registration across the board.
- To ensure documents are precise, organized, and properly maintained
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM6,500.00 per month
