We are hiring TWO (2) Admin Assistants to support our daily office operations. These roles are mainly administrative in nature.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records
  • Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
  • Coordinate internal paperwork and submissions
  • Support project teams and management with administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude
