We are hiring TWO (2) Admin Assistants to support our daily office operations. These roles are mainly administrative in nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records
- Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
- Coordinate internal paperwork and submissions
- Support project teams and management with administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
