Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
- Diploma or equivalent qualification required (Degree is an advantage)
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar office role is an advantage; experience in construction or manufacturing industry experience is preferred
