What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Handling general office duties such as answering phone calls and manage staff claim
  3. Maintaining and updating administrative records and databases
  4. Supporting the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective office operations
  6. Perform any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
