About the role
UOSEN SUSHI SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This full-time role will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management
Assisting with expense reports, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
Maintaining and updating office records and databases
Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
