Responsibility
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist in coordinating corporate activities, employee engagement initiatives, and general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR Department in daily administrative and documentation tasks
Support in preparing HR-related documents such as letters, forms, reports, and filing records
Maintain employee records, attendance documents, and confidential HR files properly
Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and documentation support
Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes when required
Coordinate and support company corporate events, staff engagement activities, townhall sessions, CSR programs, and internal meetings
