Job Purpose:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support and help maintain office discipline and decorum in a labor-intensive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist HR/Admin team in day-to-day coordination
- Support attendance, basic reporting, and data entry
- Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and professional conduct
- Coordinate with labor staff for administrative matters
- Manage front desk duties and internal communication
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an admin or clerical role
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
- Good communication and coordination skills
