Job Purpose:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support and help maintain office discipline and decorum in a labor-intensive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Assist HR/Admin team in day-to-day coordination
  • Support attendance, basic reporting, and data entry
  • Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and professional conduct
  • Coordinate with labor staff for administrative matters
  • Manage front desk duties and internal communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an admin or clerical role
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
