We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring smooth office workflow and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, documentation).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic documentation.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office files.
- Assist in HR and admin-related, finance and operation tasks when required.
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Support other departments on administrative matters as assigned.
