We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring smooth office workflow and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, documentation).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office files.
  • Assist in HR and admin-related, finance and operation tasks when required.
  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Support other departments on administrative matters as assigned.
