Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using office software.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications.
Coordinating office events, catering, and building maintenance needs.
Assisting with human resources processes such as recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
Taking meeting minutes, documenting communications, and supporting project coordination
