Office Hours, 5 day work week

Job Description
  • Daily data entry, summarizing and categorizing patients’ compliments and feedback into customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Generate qualitative data for monthly staff compliments
  • Generate quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey data, including data scrubbing
  • Assist with coordination of staff service and communication trainings
  • Support PX initiatives/events and other adhoc duties
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in any field
  • No experience needed; training will be provided
