Responsibilities:
Assist in managing recruitment processes, ensuring accurate documentation and filing. Prepare documents for new joiners to enable smooth payroll activation and team integration. Efficiently process administration requests to address employee needs. Prepare requisitions for office supplies and ensure adequate stock for HR operations. Support leavers with exit procedures for a smooth departure. Organize incoming correspondence, assess, and respond as necessary. Prepare, assemble, and distribute reports and documents. Screen incoming phone calls, provide information, or refer to the appropriate person. Keep calendar updated for appointment and meeting scheduling.
