Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing recruitment processes, ensuring accurate documentation and filing.
  • Prepare documents for new joiners to enable smooth payroll activation and team integration.
  • Efficiently process administration requests to address employee needs.
  • Prepare requisitions for office supplies and ensure adequate stock for HR operations.
  • Support leavers with exit procedures for a smooth departure.
  • Organize incoming correspondence, assess, and respond as necessary.
  • Prepare, assemble, and distribute reports and documents.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, provide information, or refer to the appropriate person.
  • Keep calendar updated for appointment and meeting scheduling.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases of business contacts; follow up on pending items.
