Job Description

This role provides administrative support to the on-site Customer Service team by managing daily site office operations, maintaining accurate handover and operational records, and coordinating appointments and courier services. The role also supports the resolution of homeowner defect-related matters through effective coordination and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate unit handovers in a timely manner, including daily handover appointments and liaison with main contractors on handover kits, dressing-up items, and welcome gifts (if applicable).
  2. Coordinate and track courier bookings and receipts, and maintain proper records in the system.
  3. Assist the Customer Service team to coordinate with homeowners and main contractors on joint inspection appointments and work schedules.
