Scope of Work:

Administration:

  • Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
  • Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities.
  • Providing support to other departments and managers.
  • Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
  • Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
  • Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
  • Managing office supplies, upkeep & maintenance.

Project & HSE Support (Turnaround)

  • Assist the HSE team during Turnaround (TA) activities.
  • Manage Express Pass applications and E-vetting registrations.
  • Coordinate registration for safety briefings and personnel inductions.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing and documentation.
