Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners to support daily operations; assist with travel arrangements, office administration, and the preparation of communications, documentation, and reports to ensure smooth cross-office coordination.

Maintain accurate records of business licenses, certifications, and qualifications, ensuring timely renewals; support research, preparation, and submission of government grant applications, and track compliance and utilization for reporting and audit purposes.

Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, workshops, and staff activities; manage end-to-end event logistics including venue booking, catering, invitations, and vendor coordination to ensure successful execution.
