  • Prepared accurate quotations and invoices for air-conditioner installation, servicing, and maintenance works in a timely manner.
  • Managed and maintained a systematic filing system for financial, customer, and project-related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
  • Updated and monitored customer records, payment status, and daily job reports to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Liaised with customers regarding pricing, invoices, and documentation matters, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Assisted with daily administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth and efficient office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
