- Managed and maintained a systematic filing system for financial, customer, and project-related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
- Updated and monitored customer records, payment status, and daily job reports to maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaised with customers regarding pricing, invoices, and documentation matters, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Assisted with daily administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth and efficient office operations.

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
