Job Description
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of company premises
- In-charge of maintenance in company facilities
- Ensures proper waste management disposal
- Supervise issuance of stocks and ensures proper accounting of stocks/materials
- Managing maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained and good condition
- Supervise of scheduling of company drivers
- Overseeing maintenance of all company cars
- Ensuring compliance with rental agreements of rental properties
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
