Job Description

Job Duties :

  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • To do procurement and purchasing
  • Support the project team in purchasing in materials, equipment and services required for on going projects
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filling, scanning documents, and compilation of reports/files
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • At least 1year of experience in an administration role
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Flexible/adaptable with work assignment and ability to multitask
  • Positive work attitude, Meticulous and able to adhere to procedures and instructions well
  • Able to start work in short notice
