About the role
LWL CONCEPTS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time role that provides critical administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Provide a wide range of administrative support, including managing office work, supporting key data entry, processing billings, and assisting the accountant in processing invoicing and input.
- Maintain and update operating systems, databases, and filing systems
- Help with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and requests
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipments
