About the role

LWL CONCEPTS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time role that provides critical administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide a wide range of administrative support, including managing office work, supporting key data entry, processing billings, and assisting the accountant in processing invoicing and input.
  2. Maintain and update operating systems, databases, and filing systems
  3. Help with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and requests
  5. Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipments
  6. any adhoc work
