DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Willing to perform administrative tasks
- Communicate with the suppliers regarding purchase order of supplies
- Handle events like Team Building, Christmas Party & other events
- Able to organize training and seminars
- Responsible for inventory of supplies
- Responsible for Branch Visit and identify the needs of the branch
- Other admin tasks assigned by immediate superior
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Office Administration or any related course
- Willing to be assigned in Burke Building, Escolta St. Binondo, Manila
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
