DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Willing to perform administrative tasks
  • Communicate with the suppliers regarding purchase order of supplies
  • Handle events like Team Building, Christmas Party & other events
  • Able to organize training and seminars
  • Responsible for inventory of supplies
  • Responsible for Branch Visit and identify the needs of the branch
  • Other admin tasks assigned by immediate superior

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Office Administration or any related course
  • Willing to be assigned in Burke Building, Escolta St. Binondo, Manila
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
