The Admin Assistant supports daily office operations, procurement processes, payroll documentation, inventory monitoring, and ISO-controlled document management. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with accounting, HR, warehouse, motorpool, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper filing, scanning, and control of company and ISO documents
  • Prepare and monitor Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Coordinate with suppliers and monitor billing documents
  • Assist in payment processing and BIR Form 2307 monitoring
  • Validate attendance and DTR for payroll preparation
  • Maintain and update 201 employee files and HR records
  • Monitor office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and consumables inventory
  • Document warehouse transactions (incoming and outgoing items)
