Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Sociable, responsible, and organized.

Job Responsibilities
Enable and assist drivers in onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience;
Engage and collaborate with every function within the Operations team and others, to ensure information flow with new drivers is being processed efficiently.
Track and monitor new drivers' onboarding process and relevant activities.
