Admin Assistant (5 day week/44 hours work week – Raffles Place) Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports
  • Order Management: Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
  • Returns and Refunds: Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Support catering operations
Qualification Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Cert
  • Competent and familiar with Excel tools and functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and linkages of data points.
  • Competent in MS Powerpoint graph/slides preparation for management reporting.
  • Independent, proactive, and positive attitude.
