Your role
As an admin and liaison staff, you are expected to coordinate closely with our accounting team for their government coordination requirements. Your role includes:
- Running errands with different government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, city halls), clients, and other internal administrative errands
- Encoding of data and writing of receipts, invoices, and other documents, for us or on behalf of our clients
- Coordination with government agencies for requirements, updates, and other communications
- Processing of payments with different government agencies and other suppliers
- Day to day cleaning of office
