Job Description
1. Managing the Superior Official, Personal, and Office schedule - coordinating all meetings, events, courtesy calls, and travel arrangements while managing both personal and official commitments to ensure seamless and organized planning.
2. Administrative & Office Management - Provides and manages the overall operational needs of the office
3. Protocol coordination (internal and external) - Served as primary liaison between the office and Philippine government agencies, and private sector partners.
Arrange courtesy visits, meetings, briefings,s and ceremonies.
4. Event Management - Responsible for overall coordinating, planning, and executing of office events, big meetings, and seminars.
5. Accounting support - Handle basic accounting such as payments, bank withdrawals, online payments, and a summary of expenses.
