About the role
Join the Ace Group as a full-time Admin based in Alor Setar, Kedah. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to our client-facing sales team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation
Providing customer service support by answering inquiries and addressing client requests in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team
Maintaining accurate records and updating database systems as needed
Supporting the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
