Job Description

  • To operate and maintain the effective use of computerised company system
  •  Administer and coordinate the PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers
  • Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our 'RealTime' CAFM system
  • Use email to communicate with suppliers, Aramark and RNLI personnel.
  • Provide admin support for Management team as required.
  • Ensure all weekly and monthly paperwork and reports are completed
  • To be fully conversant and compliant with company Health and Safety Policy Procedure and company Security Procedures
  • To be fully conversant and compliant with RNLI Fire and Evacuation Procedure
  • To report any malfunctions of equipment to the relevant manager
  • Carry out any reasonable Management Request
