Job Description
- To operate and maintain the effective use of computerised company system
- Administer and coordinate the PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers
- Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our 'RealTime' CAFM system
- Use email to communicate with suppliers, Aramark and RNLI personnel.
- Provide admin support for Management team as required.
- Ensure all weekly and monthly paperwork and reports are completed
- To be fully conversant and compliant with company Health and Safety Policy Procedure and company Security Procedures
- To be fully conversant and compliant with RNLI Fire and Evacuation Procedure
- To report any malfunctions of equipment to the relevant manager
- Carry out any reasonable Management Request
